Smokeless Tobacco: a guide for quitting.by Charlie Kerr on 09/28/10
I was surfing around yesterday and found a site and page that looks like they could sure be helpful. Lots of good information. It was on the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research site at http://www.nidcr.nih.gov/ .
It gives some time lines, what to expect and some ideas on how to quit dipping tobacco. It also gives a great quit dipping tobacco timeline. Stop smokeless tobacco. Sorry it is so long, but here is the link: http://www.nidcr.nih.gov/nidcr2.nih.gov/Templates/CommonPage.aspx?NRMODE=Published&NRNODEGUID=%7b244B1BFB-A515-47C5-B87E-B600197C9B5D%7d&NRORIGINALURL=%2fOralHealth%2fTopics%2fSmokelessTobacco%2fSmokelessTobaccoAGuideforQuitting%2ehtm&NRCACHEHINT=Guest#thedangersofdipandchew
My choice of the very best in herbal smokeless tobacco substitutes is Hooch Snuff. Hooch is a great smokeless tobacco alternative.
Until next time, stay off the bad stuff. and remember: If I can, you can quit dipping too!
